We’d like to introduce you to the couple that makes Forethought Entertainment what it is.

TASH ANN // OWNER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER

​

      Tash is a Director/Producer who has been in the industry for 10 years. Most recently, she worked as a Producer/Director for Born Ready films. With them, she created branded content for brands like T-Mobile, Michaels, Transformer Table, BUILT and Weight Watchers.

      Prior to that, she worked as a Producer/Director for Icon Media. She created content that garnered millions of views on social media for her clients. This content ranged from narrative to documentary to reality and promotional. 

     In addition to this work in commercial and branded content, she has directed several projects which are self-produced. Her project Abstraction, which is currently in the festival circuit, has won 18 awards to date with an additional 12 official selections. 

She is passionate about telling powerful stories and creating beautiful imagery that reaches wide audiences.

Chris Polczinski - Producer, Sound Mixer.png

CHRIS POLCZINSKI  //  PRODUCER, POST PRODUCTION HEAD

​

     Chris is a seasoned industry professional who began his career in post production sound.  Since then, he has spent 10 years working on sets in the sound and video departments. Chris is a proud member of the Iatse 695 and the Cinema Audio Society 

      In his marriage to Tash, he began to learn more about the more logistical ins and outs of filmmaking and has grown into a competent producer, working with her on her personal projects for the last 9 years. 

      Some of Chris's most notable sound work includes "The Offer" (Paramount+), "The Art of Self-Defense," "Dicks: The Musical" and "Haunt."

MELLINDA HENSLEY  //  PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, WRITER

     An Emmy-nominated and Writers Guild Award-winning writer, Mellinda Hensley started her work in television as an assistant on daytime’s #1 show, The Young and The Restless. Later promoted to Associate Head Writer, she helped craft more than 130 episodes of television and told people at her high school reunion that she switched babies for a living.

 

     Additionally, she is a director and producer, her two comedy shorts “Across The Room” and “Apeulogy” have screened at more than 60 festivals worldwide. In case of emergency, she can be used as a flotation device.
